Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the wear of a heating part thereby to reduce the occurrence of an excess metal in a metallic material.SOLUTION: A hot-forging molding equipment comprises a stationary lower die 5 and a movable upper die 6, and a heated metallic material W is pressed and molded by an opposed lower die molding face 5a and an upper die molding face 6a of the stationary lower die 5 and the movable upper die 6. In this hot-forging molding equipment, the movable upper die 6 is equipped with a peeling agent injection supply passage 9 for injecting a mold parting agent DL. This peeling agent injection supply passage 9 has an opening 95a for injecting the mold parting agent DL toward such a corner part 68a of the upper die molding face 6a that the temperature is relatively high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
