Abstract:
To provide a hot isostatic pressing device and a hot isostatic pressing treatment method that can reduce a load on a compressor for setting a pressure in a high-pressure container at a predetermined target pressure.SOLUTION: An HIP device 100 comprises a high-pressure container 100S, a heat insulating body R, a side heater 81, a pressure detector 85, a temperature detector 86, an agitating fan 84, a heater control unit 92, and a fan control unit 94. The heater control unit 92 controls the side heater 81 so that a temperature of a heating region P detected by the temperature detector 86 is kept constant. When a pressure of a main body inside space 100T detected by the pressure detector 85 is lower than a preset target pressure range, the fan control unit 94 controls the agitating fan 84 to generate a gas flow, thereby increases an amount of heat transmitted to a non-heating region NP from the heating region P via the heat insulating body R, and increases the pressure of the main body inside space 100T in association with temperature rise of the non-heating region NP.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
