To prevent an intruder or the like from easily releasing crime prevention security.
The house information panel 1 is provided with a security releasing means which operates to release a security state by means 20 and 21 detecting an intruder and a controlling means 10 which sets the security state by the means 20 and 21 detecting an intruder when it detects that a door 2 is switched from an unlocked state to a licked state and on the other hand, releases the warning state by the means 20 and 21 detecting an intruder if the security releasing means is operated when it is detected that the door 2 is switched from the locked state to the unlocked state.
