PURPOSE: To shorten the construction term for an assembly type house structure having air cycle function by adjusting the base level with a level adjusting nut, and by coupling structural members of a single-side panel with notch for air intake and putting them in communication, wherein the structural members are equipped with notch for air intake and an air passage.

CONSTITUTION: An anchor bolt 2 with a base level adjusting nut 3 is embedded in a concrete strip footing 1, and the level is adjusted to a leveling string stretched in a specified position while the adjusting nut 3 is rotated and elevated due to tread engagement. A receptacle plate 4 with a vibration absorbing material is installed and fixed with mortar 3A, and the base 5 is fastened to a fabric foundation 2 by the anchor bolt 2. A single-side panel 6 with notch for air in take is placed and fastened with a girth having through-hole in its center part placed on the top, an exterior wall part at the periphery is placed bit by bit to construct a peripheral shelter. Further a decoration major beam 13, a synthetic girth 35 with partitioning draught passage, and a synthetic minor beam 38 with draught passage are installed, and exterior wall part is placed from the peripheral corner part on the second floor. A synthetic girder 27 with draught passage and a cottage beam 23 are installed and fastened, and the roofing works are executed. This can shorten the construction term.
