Abstract:

PURPOSE: To effectively utilize the underfloor space of a housing employing inverted beam structure.
CONSTITUTION: An underfloor space 3 formed by using a horizontal body part Sh and inverted beams 1 and 2 and first and second living spaces 9 and 10 are formed in a position thereabove in a state to adjoin with each other. The first living space 9 comprises a fixed floor 11 which consists of a skip floor having a recess 11, in the central part and the second living space 10 has a slidable moving floor 15, and a large volume article containing part 19 is formed in the underfloor space 3 below the second living space 10. By sliding the moving floor 15 to a position overlapped with the upper part of the fixed floor 11, the article containing part 19 is widely opened and input and output of an article are facilitated.
