Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the disassembling, maintenance and inspection of a piston type valve and further, at its disassembly time, to prevent a fluid, which is a product, from leaking to the outside and from stagnating in a cylinder.
CONSTITUTION: A piston type valve, formed by connecting dividably in series a pipe-shaped cylinder 1 of the piston type valve opening/closing opening parts 3, 7 provided in a side surface by rod-shaped pistons 2, 6 and further by constituting a point end of the right/left rod-shaped pistons into a shape closely attached to each other with no clearance, is set to a basic constitution. The piston type valve comprises a constitution that a product sucked from the one opening part by measuring a fixed quantity can be released from the other opening part, constitution that male/female shapes when closely attached the point ends are made into a linear shape capable of obtaining a smooth stable operation, constitution that the pistons can be easily operated, constitution that a clamp pin of connecting divided parts of the pipe-shaped cylinder is easily fastened/unfastened by a fluid pressure cylinder, etc.
