Abstract:
To provide a method for charging a raw material into blast furnace, capable of mixing and charging an ore raw material and coke and obtaining a high reduction rate by appropriately controlling a charge form of the raw material.SOLUTION: A method for charging a raw material into a blast furnace comprises: storing an ore raw material and coke for mixing and charging in separated furnace top bunkers; forming a mixed layer x formed of the ore raw material and the coke by simultaneously exhausting the ore raw material and the coke from each furnace top bunker when charging one charge of ore raw material to mix and charge them; and forming an ore raw material single layer y consisting of the one charge of ore raw material having 10-90 mass% of the total ore raw material charge weight on the upper layer of the mixed layer x by exhausting only the ore raw material from the furnace top bunker to charge the same. Reduction efficiency of the ore can be improved by using a CO gas generated by a solution loss reaction of the coke in the mixed layer x for reduction of the ore raw material single layer y on the upper layer of the mixed layer x.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
