Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a public telephone, a communication system and an operation method for public telephone capable of transmitting via a public telephone from a mobile phone to an accessible destination phone number.SOLUTION: The operation method for public telephone comprises the steps of: reading a phone number list 31 from a record medium 3 which is inserted into a record medium insertion port 11 (S3); displaying names which are associated with phone numbers respectively in the phone number list 31 (S5); selecting a desired name of a destination person from the display (S7); and transmitting a transmission signal using the phone number which is associated with the name as the destination to a telephone server 5 (S21).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
