Abstract:
To shorten a design time by facilitating an operation to set an expectation amount of a press-shaping metal mold.SOLUTION: A press molding model W2 is acquired through press molding analysis using a metal mold model 1. A gap d (dimensional difference) between the press molding model W2 and a reference shape (metal mold model 2 of a post-process) is acquired. The metal mold model 1 is thermally expanded in thermal stress structure analysis, and a thermal expansion amount is adjusted based upon the gap d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
