Title:
HULL MOLDING METHOD FOR SMALL SHIP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3963197
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation and distortion of a hull and a deck and to obtain the specific adhesion accuracy of a liner or the like by adhering a liner which supports a fuel tank and an engine to the hull before the hull is released from a hull molding die, and then bonding the hull and the deck to form a ship body.
SOLUTION: A front storage and a rear storage are formed in advance similarly as a deck 4. Then a hull 3 and the deck 4 are bonded with a gunnel to shape a ship body. The hull 3 is hardened in a hull molding die for molding the hull 3, and a liner 100 is adhered to the hull 3 before the hull is released from the hull molding die. On the other hand, the deck 4 is hardened in a deck molding die for molding the deck 4, and the front storage and the rear storage are adhered to the same before the deck is released from the deck molding die. Whereby the deformation and the distortion of the hull 3 and the deck 4 can be prevented, and the liner 100, the front storage and the rear storate can be mounted with the specific adhesion accuracy.
