To provide a human-body shock absorber preventing bone fracture when a wearer falls down, excellent in wearing feeling and wearable even in bedtime.
The human-body shock absorber 2 is provided with a porous body 4, a bag body 6 and a ventilation part 8. The porous body 4 comprises a polymer mold containing continuous foam, is easily deformed by loading, and immediately restored through removing the loading. The bag body 6 comprises synthetic resin film, and is joined with the porous body 4. The ventilation part 8 is provided with a vent hole 10. The air inside the bag body 6 is discharged through the vent hole 10 when the compression loading is applied to the shock absorber 2. The air flows into the bag body 6 through the vent hole 10 when the compression loading is removed, so that the shock absorber 2 is restored. The time T required for compression deformation when the weight of 11 kg is placed on the shock absorber 2 corresponds to 1.0-10 sec.
