Abstract:

To provide a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific to mesothelin, for use in treating diseases associated with expression of mesothelin, and also provide vectors encoding the same, and recombinant T cells including the mesothelin CAR.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), where the CAR comprises: i) an antibody or an antibody fragment including a human anti-mesothelin binding domain, ii) a transmembrane domain, and iii) an intracellular signaling domain including a stimulatory domain.SELECTED DRAWING: None
