Abstract:
To inform a user of an empty state without fail.
An air conditioner includes a water storage container for storing water, a detection unit detecting a water level in the water storage container, an notification unit that indicates an empty state to pour water into the container, a control unit for controlling the notification unit on the basis of the result detected by the detection unit, and a reservation means setting a start time to automatically start a humidifying operation. The control unit controls the notification unit so that in setting the reservation start time, the notification unit indicates the empty state if a water level in the water storage container detected by the detection unit is less than a predetermined height.
