PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of comfort and enhance the energy saving in switching a GHP outdoor machine unit and an EHP outdoor machine unit due to variation of an air conditioning load rate.SOLUTION: When an operation control part S carries out a start process of one of a GHP outdoor unit 30 and an EHP outdoor unit 40 and a stop process of the other of the GHP outdoor machine unit 30 and the EHP outdoor machine unit 40 in accordance with a change of an operation capacity ratio, the operation control part S starts the stop process after the moment of the start process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
