PURPOSE: To restrain manufacture cost to the utmost by simpler constitution without lowering reliability while keeping a function required for a hybrid ceramic stationary blade.

CONSTITUTION: This stationary blade is provided with metal-made outer and inner side shrouds 1 and 4, a ceramic-made blade profile sleeve 3 fitted to the outer peripheral part of a core metal 2 and retained between both the shrouds 1 and 4, and a spacer 7 interposed between the blade shape sleeve 3 and the outer side shroud 1, and either of a functionally gradient material layer 15 wherein composition is gradually changed from a metal to a heat insulating material and a thermal insulation material layer is formed on the recessed part inner surfaces of both the shrouds 1 and 4 and the lower surface of the spacer 7.
