To provide a hybrid heating furnace allowing output adjustment in a wide range, and capable of highly accurately controlling temperature inside the furnace.SOLUTION: A hybrid heating furnace 10 of the embodiment comprises: a furnace body 20 arranged with heating objects therein; a combustion device 30 which has a pilot gas fuel injection part 101 and a main fuel injection part 111 for injecting gas fuel, and a pilot oxidizer injection part 102 and a main oxidizer injection part 112 for injecting oxidizer to be burnt with the fuel, and which forms a flow field of heating gas for the inside of the furnace body; an exhaust passage 40 for guiding the heating gas for heating the heating objects from the furnace body to an exhaust port 41; a heat exchanger 50 for heat exchanging between the heating gas flowing through the exhaust passage 40 and the oxidizer supplied to the pilot oxidizer injection part 102 and to the main oxidizer injection part 112 so as to heat the oxidizer; and an electric heater 60 arranged on an inner wall of the furnace body 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
