Abstract:
To provide a power unit for a hybrid vehicle capable of eliminating a drag loss during engine disconnection (during clutch disengagement) and performing EV traveling by using two (all) motor generator as a driving power source.SOLUTION: A power unit 1 for a hybrid vehicle includes: a first spline 31 connected to an engine 10 to enable torque transmission; a second spline 32 connected to a first motor generator 21 to enable torque transmission; a third spline 33 connected to a second motor generator 22 and a driving wheel to enable torque transmission; and an HEV-CU 80 for moving a sleeve 34 so as to connect the first spline 31 and the second spline 32 in a series HEV traveling mode, connect the first spline 31, the second spline 32 and the third spline 33 in a parallel HEV traveling mode and connect the second spline 32 and the third spline 33 in an EV traveling mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
