Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate a response delay and up and down swinging of a mast or a jib by moving a spool of a hydraulic control valve at a high speed so as to at first conduct a stroke in compliance with a magnitude of a crane load signal when an operation signal is inputted.
CONSTITUTION: When an operation signal is inputted from an operation signal inputting means 10, a control means 20 moves spools of hydraulic control valves 53, 63 to conduct strokes (these are equivalent to dead zone region) in compliance with a magnitude of a crane load signal inputted from a crane load detecting means 30. Then, for a stroke larger than this stroke, it automatically moves the spool at a specified speed. Accordingly, a response delay and energy loss are eliminated in the dead zone region. The control means 20 automatically decreases a moving speed of the spool according to increase of the crane load signal in a region beyond the dead zone region. Consequently, up and down swinging which becomes more remarkable as the load increases can be automatically prevented.
