The hydraulic power transmission 1 includes: a damper mechanism 8 which has a drive member 80, an intermediate member 83 engaging with the drive member 80 through a first coil spring 81, and a driven plate 84 engaged with the intermediate member 83 through a second oil spring 82; the dynamic damper 10 structured of a coil spring 100 and a turbine runner 5 as a mass body; and the centrifugal pendulum vibration absorber 20 having a support member 21 and a plurality of mass bodies 22 which can swing with respect to the support member 21. The coil spring 100 of the dynamic damper 10 is engaged with the driven plate 84 of the damper mechanism 8, and the support member 21 of the centrifugal pendulum vibration absorber 20 is connected to the driven plate 84 of the damper mechanism 8.
