To provide a valve device having a small number of components to achieve a configuration in which a valve seat formed with a valve seat surface is interposed between two flow path constituent members.
The valve device 1 includes: a first flow path constituent member 20 formed with a fluid flow path 23; a second flow path constituent member 40 formed with a fluid outflow path 41; and a vale seat 60 interposed between the first flow path constituent member 20 and the second flow path constituent member 40 and formed with an orifice 61 connecting the fluid flow path 23 and the fluid outflow path 41. On an outer peripheral surface of the valve seat 60, one O-ring 70 is arranged, and the O-ring 70 abuts to the first flow path constituent member 20, the second flow path constituent member 40, and the valve seat 60 in a compressed state, for sealing to prevent leakage of fluid flowing through the first fluid flow path 23, the orifice 61, and the second fluid flow path 23.
