To provide an ultrafine water droplet generating device capable of generating and discharging hydrogen and oxygen with ultrafine water droplet.
An ultrafine water droplet generating device is composed of an ultrafine water droplet generating device body 1 having a treatment chamber through which the air passes from an intake port 11 by driving a blower 12, and a discharge port 18 discharging ultrafine water droplet and negative ion, and a hydrogen/air mixture gas preparation tank 3 disposed on a lower section at an intake port 11 side, of the body 1, and opened at least at a portion of an upper section where a hydrogen generator and water can be stored, hydrogen and air generated by the hydrogen/air mixture gas preparation tank by driving the blower 12, are simultaneously sucked, and the ultrafine water droplet including the sucked hydrogen and oxygen is discharged from the discharge port.
