To provide a hydrogen water manufacturing apparatus which can control oxidation-reduction potential, and stably manufacture hydrogen water having low oxidation-reduction potential.
Pure water from which impurities have been removed through a reverse osmosis membrane filter 1c is fed into a degassing module 2 for removing dissolved gas in the pure water by controlling the revolution number of a feed water pump 1a so that the amount of degassed water fed from the degassing module 2 to a hydrogen supply module 5 for manufacturing hydrogen water becomes the prescribed amount. The amount of hydrogen fed to the hydrogen supply module 5 is so controlled that the oxidation-reduction potential of the hydrogen water discharged from the hydrogen supply module 5 reaches within the predetermined prescribed range. The hydrogen water discharged from the hydrogen supply module 5 is returned and circulated to a raw water supply source through a hydrogen water return line 12 until the oxidation-reduction potential reaches the predetermined prescribed range, and when the oxidation-reduction potential reaches the predetermined prescribed range, a hydrogen water discharge valve 8a is closed.
