Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a molding excellent in hydrophilicity and useful for anti- thrombogenic artificial blood vessels, artificial hearts, contact lenses, etc., by applying UV laser light having a specific wavelength to at least a part of a fluororesin molding.
CONSTITUTION: This molding is produced by irradiating (A) at least a part of a fluororesin molding with (C) UV laser light having a wavelength of ≤400nm (preferably excimer laser light) in a state where either or both of (i) gas-treated water treated by the introduction of at least one of hydrogen gas, nitrogen gas and rare gases belonging to the group 0 in the periodic table and (ii) an aqueous solution containing ammonium ions are adhered to at least a part of the fluororesin molding.
