PURPOSE: To easily remove a raw cement mortar material which is deposited in a water squeezing and sucking chamber.

CONSTITUTION: Vacuum suction holes 3 are provided on a molding face of an upper mold 1. The vacuum suction holes 3 are opened opposed to a water squeezing and sucking chamber 2. The water squeezing and sucking chamber 2 is connected to a vacuum blower disposed outside a device. In this constitution a water content of a raw cement mortar material 8 is sucked. A detachable inner pipe 5 is provided in the water squeezing and sucking chamber 2. The vacuum suction holes 3 are connected to the water squeezing and sucking chamber 2 via through holes 6 provided on the inner pipe 5.
