PURPOSE: To provide a ceramic circuit board made of AlN, in which external terminals can be joined with a ceramic board mainly comprising AlN with high strength and which takes a measure to a conductor circuit having multi- terminals and high density.
CONSTITUTION: Conductor circuits 5, 13 are formed into a ceramic board 1 using AlN as a main component so that one end sections reach one surface of the ceramic board 1. A land 12 is formed to the surface of the ceramic board 1 so as to be electrically connected to one end section 13 of the conductor circuit. The land 12 has a conductor layer containing at least W and/or Mo and AlN. An external terminal 8 is joined onto the land 12 by silver solder 14 containing at least one kind of active metallic elements selected from Ti, Zr and Hf.
