PURPOSE: To improve weight balance in the front and the rear of a machine body and improve steering operability in a walking type working machine.
CONSTITUTION: In a walking type working machine provided with a tiller 2 in the rear of a working type travelling machine body 1 and simultaneously, provided with a chemical-injecting apparatus 4 for injecting a chemical into soil and further, provided with a sheet feeding-out part 3 for successively feeding out a film sheet S having prescribed width and stretched in a state covering the surface of soil on the back side of the machine body, a pump unit 29 for feeding the chemical from a chemical tank 28 in a chemical injecting apparatus 4 to a part 31 for injecting into soil and a motor for driving this pump unit 29 are arranged, in the front end part of the travelling machine body 1 in a state put side by side along the lateral direction of the machine body 1.
