Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a cordless telephone set capable of reducing the switching of antennas as less as possible and holding an effective receiving state.

CONSTITUTION: A receiving intensity judging means 13 compares the receiving intensity of the 1st antenna 5 or the 2nd antenna 6 selected by a switch 7 at present with the set value 14 of receiving intensity, and only when the current receiving intensity is smaller than the set value 14, a switching control means 15 is allowed to output a switching start signal. Only when the means 15 outputs the switching start signal, the preceding receiving intensity is compared with the current receiving intensity and the switching of the antennas 5, 6 is judged based upon the compared result.
