Abstract:
To provide an idler pulley for a V ribbed belt capable of preventing occurrence of slip noise between a pulley and a belt in comparison to conventional one by bringing tension in the width direction of a belt closer to uniformity than before.
An idler pulley 10 for a V ribbed belt is split in an axial direction. One split part 10b of the idler pulley is fixed to a bearing 11. The other split parts 10a, 10c are mounted in the bearing 11 through the medium of an elastic body 30.
