Title:
IGNITION ELECTRODE OF GAS TURBINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2005291619
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an ignition electrode of a gas turbine capable of always providing excellent ignitability without being affected by a variation in atmospheric temperature.

In a gas turbine, ignition electrodes 31 and 41 are installed in a pair of combustors adjacent to each other among a plurality of combustors and the ignition of the plurality of combustors is started by the pair of ignition electrodes 31 and 41. The tip part of the ignition electrode 31 (or 41) installed in any one of the combustor is set at a normal ignition position, and the tip part of the ignition electrode 41 (or 31) installed in the other combustor is positioned to face a lean area 24 with lean fuel concentration in which a fuel is liable to ignite easier than at the normal ignition position.
