Abstract:
To solve the problem in which: in determination of the characteristics of an object to be measured using spectral images of the object to be measured, a user cannot judge whether the determination is correct only with a result of determination.SOLUTION: An image analysis device comprises: a spectral image acquisition unit that acquires spectral images of a plurality of wavelengths obtained by picking up images of an object to be measured; a range acquisition unit that acquires a target range in each of the spectral images; an analysis unit that, based on the gradation value for every wavelength of pixels in the target range, executes multivariate analysis of the pixels; and an analysis image creation unit that creates an analysis image including an analysis result of the multivariate analysis of the pixels in the target range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
