Abstract:
To easily give a cutting line to a printing image without being affected by a rule of thumb of a user.SOLUTION: An image data preparation device 80 includes a display processing part 85 which displays a printing image P10 printed on a medium 5 by a printer 10 that can print and cut and a cutting line selection button BT10 for giving a cutting line LN1 to the printing image P10 on a display device 81. The cutting line selection button BT10 has a contour button BT11 which gives the cutting line LN1 in a manner to enclose a contour line LN2 of the printing image P10. The image data preparation device 80 includes a cutting line giving part 87 which gives the cutting line LN1 enclosing the contour line LN2 of the printing image P10 when a user selects the contour button BT11 and an RIP processing part 94 which carries out RIP processing on the printing image P10 displayed on the display device 81 and the cutting line LN1 for preparing image data DT1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
