PURPOSE: To provide an image display device by which an ideal exercise motion and a golfer's own exercise motion can easily and accurately be compared.
CONSTITUTION: The image display device is equipped with picture taking means 10, 11 which take pictures of an object from a plurality of directions, image processing means 12 which records and reproduces respective pictures of the object 4 which are obtained by the picture taking means 10, 11, image display means 13 which displays the images of the object 4 which are reproduced by the image processing means 12, and reference line setting means which set- displays the reference line which fits the basic form of the image by overlapping the reference line on the image of the object 4 which is displayed on the image display means 13. In addition, an image selecting means 15 which selects the images of the object 4 which are displayed on the image display means 13 is also provided for the constitution.
