Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image which is larger than a display area of a viewer on the viewer, and to relatively move the image with respect to the display area of the viewer.SOLUTION: An array of frame elements 22 is set to a display area 16 of a viewer. A divided image 24 at a corresponding position is allocated to each frame element 22 and displayed. When it is instructed to relatively move an image with respect to the display area 16 of the viewer, a position to which the frame element 22 should be moved with respect to the display area 16 of the viewer is calculated and the frame element 22 is moved to the position. The frame element 22 at a position corresponding to the divided image 24 which is separated from the display area 16 of the viewer with the relative movement of the image is deleted; a frame element 22 is added to a position corresponding to the divided image which approaches the display area 16 of the viewer; and positions in the array of the frame elements 22 with respect to the images are changed. A divided image at the corresponding position is allocated to the added frame image 22 and displayed.
