Abstract:
To provide a structure in which even when color conversion for a page having a number of colors included in the page is performed, distinctiveness of an image on the page whose colors have been converted can be appropriately maintained.SOLUTION: An image forming device memorizes, in a memorizing part, setting information on a preset color conversion method, and receives image data together with a printing instruction from an information processing device. The image forming device analyzes one or more objects included in the received image data, while grouping two or more overlapped or adjacent objects. Further, the image forming device generates intermediate data from the image data using a first color conversion for performing a color conversion to a specific color or a second color conversion for performing color conversions to all colors, for each group, in accordance with an analyzed result and the memorized setting information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
