Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming system, image forming apparatus and image forming method which can obtain a booklet printing result with good appearance when forming a booklet by overlapping printing results.SOLUTION: An image forming system includes: an input unit which inputs page data corresponding to each page constituting a booklet; a page discrimination unit which discriminates a first outermost page from a second outermost page located on the outermost side of the booklet from the page data; an adjustment amount calculation unit which calculates a non-printing region adjustment amount between the first outermost page and the second outermost page on a continuous medium from the number of pages located between the first outermost page and the second outermost page; and a printing unit which performs booklet printing on the continuous medium on the basis of the calculation result by the adjustment amount calculation unit. There are also provided an image forming apparatus and an image forming method based on the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
