Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that can rapidly perform the processing of detecting a moving object from an image.SOLUTION: An image processing device 10 includes an imaging unit 12, a controller 18, a storage unit 28, and a display unit 30. The controller 18 includes an imaging mode setting unit 20 for setting the imaging mode of the imaging unit 12 to either a high resolution mode or a low resolution mode, a moving object detector 22 for detecting a moving object indicated by each image data on the basis of each image data sequentially output from the imaging unit 12 when the imaging unit 12 is operating in the low resolution mode, and a feature image generator 24 for generating feature image data of the moving object based on each image data sequentially output from the imaging unit 12 when the imaging unit 12 is operating in the high resolution mode. The imaging mode setting unit 20 sets the imaging mode of the image unit 12 from the low resolution mode to the high resolution mode when the moving object is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
