Abstract:
To provide a technology that realizes image processing based on the difference of images actually displayed on a display unit.SOLUTION: An image processing system 10 comprises: means of applying, for each pixel of a first image and a second image, to the gradation value of primary color of each pixel a broadly-defined and monotonously increased convex function in the domain defined between an allowable maximum value and an allowable minimum value of the gradation value; and means of computing similarity of the first image and the second image. The similarity is based on a difference absolute value between corresponding pixels of the first image and the second image for each of the primary color.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
