The image processor includes a target information receiving part 11 for receiving the target information of a toner reduction rate or the like, a guide line information receiving part 12 for receiving guide line information serving as a guide line when reduction-processing toner, a processing information receiving part 13 for receiving information of correlating an object classification with the kind of toner reduction processing, a storage part 14 for storing the target information, the guide line information and the processing information, an image receiving part 15 for receiving an image data, an image analytical part 16 for analyzing the image data, a processing determination part 17 for determining a content of the toner reduction processing, based on the target information, the guide line information and the processing information stored in the storage part 14, and an image output part 18 for applying the determined toner reduction processing to the image data, so as to be out put.
