PURPOSE: To surely peel an image sheet with simple constitution by providing a deliver roller holding and carrying the image sheet and a separation member whose tip part abuts on a drum.
CONSTITUTION: This device is equipped with a separation pawl 30 which has conductivity and elasticity, and whose base end is positioned near a pair of deliver rollers 8 and whose leading end press-contacts on the drum. When the drum 6 is rotated further after finishing pressuring and heating an image receiving sheet 11 and the image sheet 12 laminated on the drum 6 by a pressure roller, the leading end of the pawl 30 is fitted in the groove of the base of an attaching part 10, and only the image sheet 12 is moved on the pawl 30 and reaches the pair of deliver rollers 8, then it is held and carried by the pair of deliver rollers 8 so as to be delivered to the outside of the device. The image sheet 12 is surely separated from the image receiving sheet 11 and the separated image sheet 12 is surely guided to the pair of deliver rollers 8 with the simple constitution. Static electricity charged on the image sheet 12 and the image receiving sheet 11 is discharged by the use of the pawl 30, so that both of them are surely separated.
