Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus allowing an ITO pattern having high invisibility to be also imaged with a camera.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus for imaging an ITO pattern includes a light source for illumination for irradiating the ITO pattern, and a camera for imaging the ITO pattern. The light source is disposed within the range in which the angle of the incident optical axis to an ITO pattern surface is more than 0° and not more than 20°. The camera is disposed so that the imaging optical axis to the ITO pattern surface is located at a mirror image position to a virtual line on which the incident optical axis is extended vertically from the intersection of the incident optical axis and ITO pattern surface to the ITO pattern surface.
