Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately control an EIS function when a WDR function is operating.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a picture synthesis unit 18 synthesizes a plurality of imaged pictures having different exposure periods of time to obtain a wide dynamic range picture (synthesized picture). A control unit 20, then, determines the center of gravity of the synthesized picture by using the centers of gravity based on respective exposure periods of time of the plurality of synthesized imaged pictures and synthesis ratios of the plurality of imaged pictures. A vibration correction unit 19, when vibration has been detected by a vibration detection sensor, performs vibration correction by changing a position of a picture to be cut out from the synthesized picture on the basis of the determined center of gravity of the synthesized picture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
