Abstract:
To provide an imaging device, aperture value setting method and aperture value setting program that can simply take an image having an objective subject in focus.SOLUTION: An imaging device is configured to: acquire images shot via a lens including a diaphragm and allowing for a focus adjustment; display the acquired image on a display part; range-find subjects of a plurality of areas set within the image; set one of the plurality of areas as a reference area; set an aperture value of the lens to a maximum aperture value within a settable range; when focusing on the subject of the reference area, detect the area included in a depth of field as a focusable area; display the focusable area overlapped on the image being displayed on the display part; receive at least one area from the focusable areas, and set a focus desiring area; and when focusing on the subject of the reference area, calculate an aperture value having a subject of the focus desiring area included in the depth of field.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
