Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct defocus due to a change in temperature of an imaging optical system with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A focus control device comprises: control means that performs focus control for holding a focused subject distance of an imaging optical system including a focus lens; temperature detection means that detects the temperature of the imaging optical system; and time measuring means that measures time. When the amount of change in temperature from a reference temperature becomes larger than a predetermined amount of temperature change, the control means moves the focus lens in the focus control. Even when the amount of change in temperature from the reference temperature is less than the predetermined amount of temperature change, the control means moves the focus lens at a predetermined time interval in the focus control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
