An imaging system comprises: a plurality of radio communication parts provided within a predetermined specific region and each of which has a small region, in which radio communication is possible, within the specific region; a plurality of transmitters which are respectively attached to a plurality of subjects in the specific region, and transmit identification information for identifying the plurality of subjects; and a field setting part which sets a depth of field in a region including a small region corresponding to a radio communication part receiving identification information of a subject to be imaged by the imaging device out of the plurality of subjects, and outputs the set depth of field to the imaging device.
