To provide a center console bracket capable of efficiently distributing and absorbing an impact load in side surface collision to a floor tunnel with a simple structure small in parts count.
A center console bracket 16 is formed in a U shape in the vehicle-body side-surface view to have a front wall 23a, an upper wall 23b and a rear wall 23c. Lower ends of the front wall 23a and the rear wall 23c are provided with a first member 23 fixed to the upper surface of the floor tunnel 13, a pair of right and left second members 24 for clogging right and left openings of the first member 23, and a brace 27 which is fixed to the upper surface of the floor tunnel 13 to be extended to the right and left direction and in which both ends are opposed to the inner surface of the pair of right and left second members 24, and thereby, the box-shaped center console bracket 16 is structured with small parts count of one first member 23 and two second members 24 to reduce the manufacture cost and further, the collision load of a side surface collision is effectively absorbed by distributing the collision load of the side surface collision to the floor tunnel 13 from the second members 24 through the brace 27.
