To provide a nipping implement for nipping, scooping, and wrapping in paper or the like and discarding an article offensive to touch, from a floor, a wall, a ceiling or a narrow place without touching it at all because a feel of the insanitary and uncanny article remains in the hand to give an unpleasant feeling although the article uncanny and offensive to touch such as an insect, garbage or a slug has conventionally been snatched in tissue or the like by hand or nipped by a nipping implement and discarded directly in order to be picked up and discarded.

The implement for nipping, wrapping and throwing away the article offensive to touch is formed by providing the tips of a clamping implement with scooping portions larger than the width of arm parts and folded inside, and providing a hook on the outside of each arm part.
