Abstract:
To release a condition in which the images cannot be recorded owing to the trouble of a TV camera or a VTR rapidly.
A trouble detecting device 14 which detects that the image of a TV camera 7 is made impossible to input to an image input device 12, or an image recording device 13 cannot be used to record the image resulting from a dewing and the like, is provided. And when the trouble detecting device 14 detects the trouble of the TV camera 7 or the image recording device 13, the signal is to be transmitted to a trouble receiving system 16 through a trouble transmission device 15.
