An in-mold-coating composition includes (a) an urethane oligomer having ≥2 to ≤8 (meta) acryloyl groups at least in one molecule, (b) at least one kind of a monomer having two ethylenic double bonds in one molecule, (c) at least one kind of a monomer having three or more ethylenic double bonds in one molecule, and (d) an organic peroxide polymerization initiator. The mass ratio of the urethane oligomer (a) to the monomer (b) and the monomer (c) is set to (a)/{(b)+(c)}=(10/90 to 70/30). The mass ratio of the monomer (b) to the monomer (c) is set to (b)/(c)=(5/95 to 95/5). The mass ratio of the organic peroxide polymerization initiator (d) is set to (d)/{(a)+(b)+(c)}=(0.1/100 to 5/100).
