This in-wheel motor driving device 21 includes: a casing 22; a motor A including a yoke 41 having a cutout part 41b, and a stator 23 including a tooth core 42 inserted from the outside in the radial direction of the yoke 41 and fixed to the cutout part 41b and a rotor 24 disposed opposite to the stator 23 with an axial gap; a decelerating part B including curve plates 26a, 26b rotatably held on eccentric parts 25a, 25b to revolve around the axis of rotation with the rotation of a motor side rotary member 25, an outer pin 27 engaged with the outer peripheral parts of the curve plates 26a, 26b to cause the rotation of the curve plates 26a, 26b and a motion converting mechanism for converting the rotation of the curve plates 26a, 26b to rotary motion around the axis of rotation of the motor side rotary member 25 and transmitting the motion to a wheel side rotary member 28; and a wheel hub 32.
