To provide an incinerator apparatus wherein maintenance property of an incinerator apparatus is improved, and production of dioxins can be suppressed in an incineration process and a cooling process for an incineration article.
An air injection nozzle 30 provided on a bottom of a fixed floor 12 of a primary incineration chamber 2 is extended to the outside of the primary incineration chamber, and a nozzle cleaning port 32 is provided in an extension section. Further, an additional insertion apparatus 20 is provided in the primary incineration chamber 2 to insert an article to be incinerated little by little. Further, high temperature states of the primary incineration chamber 2 and a secondary combustion zone 3 are kept intactly with a heat recycle apparatus 40, whereby complete combustion of the article is executed, and simultaneously hydrogen chloride and flying ash are removed with the aid of a desalting agent supply apparatus 9 and a high temperature bag filter 10. Furthermore, a cooling apparatus is provided on a collected dust/flying ash conveyance apparatus 50 and an incineration ash conveyance apparatus 70 for rapidly cooling ash, which is then made a double cooling structure to rapidly cool the ash in the course of conveyance.
